For us this is Award represents a remarkable achievement, because the area of cross-border-insolvency is of strategic importance to us and we, as a highly specialized team, have been assisting various experienced and reputable insolvency administrator firms as Special Counsel on various cross-border cases. Since we don't provide insolvency administration services ourselves, the trust put into us by our insolvency administrator partners honours us very much. We owe this Award not at least to our work in cross-border insolvency proceedings in German-Polish legal matters, in which we have been able to handle complex and difficult issues effectively, based upon our legal, cultural and language expertise.
